Orders that are placed on our system can be accessed by our staff here at IDPshops or by you, our supplier. You will have access to all the information that we have including order tracking information, time and date of transaction, order cancellations as well as customer and shop owner comments.

We will work with you to find the best delivery method for your orders. We have the ability to send orders via e-mail and fax or you can log into our system to print the orders. Choose the method that you prefer best.

With our custom reports you will have the ability to make your site a lean selling machine
You will have the ability to run sales reports to see what items you have sold during any time period. In the future you will also have access to such information as overall top selling items and most searched items in our marketplace so that you can use the information to create products which generate mores sales in the future.
